Peer Review Process

La Escula Abdiku applies a peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, relevance, and academic integrity of every manuscript submitted for publication.

All submitted manuscripts are initially evaluated by the Editor to determine whether they are suitable for the journal's focus and scope and comply with the basic requirements of the journal. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal's requirements may be returned to the authors or rejected without proceeding to peer review.

Manuscripts that pass the initial editorial screening are sent to qualified peer reviewers with relevant expertise. The journal applies a double-blind peer-review process in which the identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process.

Each manuscript is normally reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its originality, relevance, methodological quality, clarity of presentation, validity of analysis, significance of the findings, and adherence to academic and ethical standards.

Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the Editor makes the final decision regarding the manuscript. The possible editorial decisions include:

1. Accept Submission
2. Accept Submission with Minor Revisions
3. Revise and Resubmit
4. Reject Submission

Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts in accordance with reviewers' comments. Revised manuscripts may be returned to the reviewers for further evaluation when necessary.

The final decision to accept or reject a manuscript rests with the Editor and is based on the overall quality of the manuscript, the reviewers' recommendations, and the journal's editorial policies.

The peer-review process is conducted objectively, fairly, and confidentially. Reviewers are expected to disclose any potential conflicts of interest and must not use or disclose unpublished information obtained through the review process.
